The business is led by Russell Wallis, Steve Kemp and Phil Scrafton who have worked for many years within the public and private sectors as experienced Economic Development and Planning professionals.

The core team of staff within Globe combine town planning, economic development and research skills and are further enhanced by a carefully selected group of associates from academic, research, environmental and ICT backgrounds who bring additional and specialist knowledge and offer information and analysis tools. This mix of skills and experience allows Globe to offer a broad perspective across economic and community development, combining project development and delivery with policy and strategic analysis.
