Community Development

We endeavour to assist our clients to plan, develop and nurture sustainable communities through the active engagement of all active and recipient stakeholders in the decisions that impact on their lives. The early engagement of community stakeholders in identifying the key issues, and opportunities, and a shared understanding of the causal factors underlying the problems communities face, are essential building blocks in our community development planning. We consider that real participation at all stages of the planning process, whether at local or regional level, is a vital ingredient in the production of feasible strategies and action plans.  Similarly, our services include a clear and structured exposition of the benefits and disbenefits on different sections of the community.
