The directors and other professional staff at Globe have international experience, focusing recently on developing countries in the Caribbean and West Africa. Projects have mostly been for national and regional government clients and include:

• Regional Development Plan for the Niger Delta region of Nigeria
• Conceptual Masterplan for a New Town in Trinidad
• Integrated Plan for the Sustainable Development of the Egi Communities in Rivers State, Nigeria
• Structure Plan for mixed use development of a former sugar plantation estate in Courland, Tobago
• National Urban Design Framework for Trinidad & Tobago

Globe is also associated with Real Grenadines, a real estate consultancy and project management service provided in conjunction with Old Fort Estates, based in St Vincent and the Grenadines. Globe director Steve Kemp heads this venture which aims to provide a “one-stop” service for investors and developers interested in opportunities in this part of the Caribbean.
